Open House at Floréal
What is an Open House? Open House literally means 'open doors'. An open house is an invitation by our BARNES teams to visit a property for sale. This property is accessible to all people who wish to visit it. The novelty is that it is not a classic visit where the potential buyer asks the consultant to meet him to see the house in half an hour. During our Open House Day, the house for sale remains open for 4 days and anyone interested can visit it. In other words, BARNES Mauritius wants you to discover this property in an original way!
It's more than a visit, it's also a friendly event.
In partnership with Yuni, Charabia, Associated Textiles and Mascafleurs, we have set up and decorated a house in the heart of Floréal, to allow you to fully project yourself.
We will be waiting for you on Rue de Chazal in Floréal from Thursday May 20th to Sunday May 23rd.
Our consultants will welcome you on site:
Thursday: from 1pm to 6pm
Friday & Saturday : from 11am to 6pm
Sunday : from 10am to 1pm
Floréal is a very quiet neighborhood with many residences located in Curepipe. It is a very sought after and posh neighborhood because of its location and its many upscale real estate complexes.
We propose you a house for sale of 260 m2 with two floors and beautiful finishes on a landscaped and fenced land of 350 m2. The property is ideally located. Indeed, you will be close to all amenities.
Two other similar but unfurnished houses will also be open for you.
Throughout this Open House you will be able to ask questions and be informed by our consultants about this family home.
Our priority is safety!
Don't worry, a sanitary procedure is in place for the hosting of the event.
In all the events we organize, masks are systematically mandatory for all the people present on site.
Hygiene measures:
- Regular disinfection of contact points (handles, furniture, etc.)
- Provision of hydroalcoholic gel
- Provision of masks
- Each member of our team will have a mask to welcome you in the best conditions
- Respect of the physical distance
- The limit of 10 people maximum in the house will be respected.
We have decided to organize this Open House to allow you to take the time you need to better project yourself.
You will also have the opportunity to visit this family home without having made an appointment.
Moreover, you will have the possibility to return to see the house during the 4 days, which will leave you time to observe and imagine yourself inside the house.
In conclusion, an open house has many benefits. It's innovative, it's convenient, and it's non-committal!
