Barnes' Day 2025 : A day of team building

Yesterday, February 19, 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting our annual sales conference at the Domaine de Grand Baie. Barnes' Day is a warm and enriching event that brings our entire team together in a beautiful setting. It was an excellent opportunity to strengthen our ties and provide our consultants with the tools they need to better serve our clientele.

The training sessions, led by a panel of experts in areas vital to our industry, set the tone for the day. We were privileged to welcome speakers such as Lucie Marcolongo, personal branding coach, and our colleague Nervin Maurimootoo, property management specialist. These workshops enabled our team to develop new skills to meet our customers' expectations ever more efficiently.

Over and above the training sessions, this moment of sharing was a great occasion for everyone to get together, exchange ideas and strengthen the bonds within our team. The evening continued with a cocktail reception and dinner, followed by the Tykki Awards 2025, a celebration of individual and, above all, collective success.
